Hedengren’s quality certificate according to ISO 9002:1994 was granted in March 1997. The certification was altered to ISO 9001:2000 in December 2003 and to ISO 9001:2008, valid from 3rd June 2009 until 25th October 2012. The principal requirement and our goal to acquire and maintain the certificate are based on outstanding operations guided by customer orientation and systematic development of these operations.

Oy Hedengren Security Ab: Import, sales, installation and service of security electronics
Hedengren Service: Service of electronics and electrical products

Quality targets

Hedengren’s essential quality criteria are formed of the company’s fixed targets, which are service readiness, quality of the work and reliable timetables as well as capability to co-operate, flexibility and power of initiative. The fixed targets of the company are completed by the accumulated quality targets of various functions. These quality targets imply that we carry out the deliveries accurately and smoothly. In other words, we keep our promises.
