Divisions are established: 1993-1998
At the beginning of 1995 Hedengren sold its share in Oy Esmi Ab.
In 1996 Oy Hedi Ab started to sell their direct sales vacuum cleaners under the LUX brand, which is used world-wide in over 35 countries.
In March 1997 Hedengren was awared the FIMKO ISO 9002 certificate for quality.
In April 1997, as the first company in Finland, Hedengren was granted the electrical contractor’s verification right according to EU legislation by The Safe Technology Authority.
In 1997 Hedengren became the sole owner of the ADP company Realdata Ltd., which was previously owned by three companies.
The logistics centre, the warehouse in Kauklahti built in four phases, was completed in December 1997.
As a result of rationalizations within the company Hedengren started to concentrate more and more on electronics and electrotechnology during 1997 and 1998. The division for automotive and industrial technology was dissolved and the tool sector was incorporated with the electrical department. As of 1998 Hedengren had three strong divisions: electrical and industrial technology, professional electronics and installation and consumer electronics.
